河口海岸全国重点实验室

    IMBeR（Integrated Marine Biosphere Research：海洋生物圈整合研究）是致力于全球变化影响和人类活动压力下海洋可持续发展的国际研究计划(www.IMBeR.info)。华东师范大学与IMBeR合作，共同设立IMBeR区域项目办公室，旨在促进IMBeR科学计划和执行战略在亚太地区的推广。该办公室现公开招聘行政助理一名。

 

    行政助理主要职责：

• 负责处理办公室日常事务，包括办公采购、差旅安排及财务报销
• 协助IMBeR区域项目办公室主任组织国内外会议，包括会议宣传、会务安排和会议资料、简报的编辑
• 协助更新IMBeR网站，负责IMBeR微博、微信等媒体的信息发布，维护和更新联络人信息资料库
• 维护和更新IMBeR文献数据库
• 协助完成IMBeR海报、演示文稿、宣传册等宣传资料的制作
