因科研工作需要，汪亚平教授课题组拟招聘海洋沉积动力学、海洋地质学、物理海洋学或相关研究领域博士后1-2名。
一、工作内容
1. 河口海岸、陆架沉积物输运、地貌演化与沉积层序模型的开发；
2. 海洋近底部边界层观测、物理海洋过程、湍流观测与分析；
3. 相近的交叉学科领域。
二、招聘条件
2. 有良好的科研背景、较强的动手能力、高质量的学术论文，数据分析、数值计算能力较强者优先。
三、待遇情况
2. 课题组提供良好办公条件、课题支撑（NSFC项目）以及国际学术交流机会，并协助申请国家、地方部门科研项目，博士后出站时协助申请副教授及以上正式岗位。
3. 聘期：博士后3年。

Postdoctoral fellow and research assistant
We are seeking two postdocs to join our group at the State Key Laboratory of Estuarine and Coastal Research (East China Normal University, China). The successful applicants are expected to work on 1) the modeling of sediment transport, geomorphology and depositional sequence in the estuarine coasts and continental shelves, and/or 2) the observations and analyses of turbulence close to the ocean bottom boundary layer. Qualified applicants must have a PhD degree, together with a strong research experience in marine geology and/or physical oceanography. Applicants with experience in numerical simulation and modeling skills, and/or in scientific accomplishments are preferred.
The salary of these positions meets the Labor Standards of East China Normal University with a basic annual salary between RMB 150,000-250,000, as well as the bonus provided by both the university and the lab depending on the performance. The lab will also offer a good platform to support the application for new research programs, and scientific communications (international conference and academic visits) will be encouraged and aided. Note that this is a 3-year full time occupation.
