Anne Christine Johannessen, Vice President of University of Bergen (UoB), Norway, visited East China Normal University (ECNU) on October 20th, companied by Heidi Annette Espedal, the head of Division of Research Administration, Hans Egil Offerdal, adviser for international affairs in the Division of Research Administration, and Hans Jorgen Gasemyr, adviser on China-related activities. Vice present of ECNU, Prof. Rongming Wang met with the UoB guest, together with colleagues from ECNU.

 

Prof. Wang introduced the history and development ECNU, and extended the interest in future cooperation with UoB.  Prof. Anne Johannessen introduced UoB, and highlighted the international cooperation of this university, with great interests to cooperate with ECNU. The UoB guests also visited SKLEC and were impressed by the advanced equipment. They will push the future cooperation between SKLEC and UoB scientists in the field of marine sciences.
