During Oct. 17-18, 2015, the International Workshop on Frontiers of Estuarine and Coastal Research was held in East China Normal University, Shanghai.
The International Workshop on Frontiers of Estuarine and Coastal Research was hosted by the State Key Laboratory of Estuarine and Coastal Research (SKLEC). More than 60 scientists from seven countries participated in this symposium with 22 scientific presentations made.
The participants had deep discussions on various topics such as “Biomorphodynamics in estuarine environments”; “A comparison of sediment trapping processes in different estuaries”; and “Ocean color remote sensing application in coastal water” etc.
